Surrey County Council’s Greener Futures Climate Change Delivery Plan (CCDP) was approved at a meeting of its Cabinet on 26 October 2021.  The Plan sets out its ambitions to reduce emissions and tackle the effects of climate change in line with its net-zero carbon targets for the period 2021-2025. There are clear links between Woking Borough Council’s own climate commitments and those of the newly adopted county plan and we’ll be continuing to work together with our local authority partners to achieve area-wide climate and ecological action.
