National Tree Week is the UK’s largest annual tree celebration, marking the start of the winter tree planting season (November to March each year). In 2021, it will take place from Saturday 27 November – Sunday 5 December.

Children aged 8 – 15 years, might like to enter the creative writing competition being run in partnership with The Week Junior. The two winners will each receive a year’s free subscription to The Week Junior Science+Nature magazine and a £50 book voucher from The Tree Council!
