There are electric vehicle charging points in specially marked bays in the following Town Centre car parks:

Our charging points offer access to charging on a plug and go basis without the need for a subscription or RFID card.

Use of the points is free with payment for parking only. Drivers are required to provide their own charging cables.

**Please note the two 7 pin points in the Shoppers’ Yellow car park are operated via the Charge Your Car (CYC) scheme which is a subscription based service.

Town Centre Resident Permit – Free EV charging

If you are a Town Centre resident with an electric vehicle, you can now apply for a permit in our Victoria Place Red Car Park giving you access to free charging. Terms and conditions apply.
