Surrey County Council has teamed up with Community Energy South (CES) to provide support and training for the development of community-led renewable energy groups and projects through Surrey.

As part of the project, CES is contacting local groups and individuals to understand what community led renewable energy projects may already exist. These may include projects that support, generate, own or manage renewable energy installations in local communities, reduce energy consumption and help reduce fuel poverty.

If you’d like to get involved, CES would love to hear from you! Interested groups are asked to complete an online survey which is available at Community owned energy set to thrive in Surrey — Community Energy South.
