The episode will air this Sunday 19 March at 7pm on BBC1.

Sir David Attenborough’s latest series Wild Isles takes a look at some of the most exciting, but at risk, wildlife and habitats in the UK. This week’s episode, entitled ‘Woodland’, will feature Brookwood Cemetery and some of the conservation work being carried out there.

The other episodes in the series will look at grassland, freshwater and oceans. The series comes alongside a documentary commissioned by the RSPB, WWF, and The National Trust showcasing inspirational stories of people at the cutting edge of conservation, doing all they can to restore our nature. Saving Our Wild Isles will be available on iPlayer at 8pm on Sunday 9 April.
